If you try to use it abroad, I’d suggest you to move on. The app takes in average more than 10s response to one user click, during which time the UI is unresponsive. Very often had to kill the app to start over again. Contact the customer service, not helpful at all. The customer service on QQ simply suggest the parent first to click through all the buttons first so that the content can be cached locally, “What an useful hint!” , a brilliant user experience. Suggest them to setup a server in other region, or at least offer a button to download all the content. The customer service said NO and blamed China GreatWall! I wonder if the company behind the app has offered any proper training at all. So stay away from the app or any other app from the the same developer.
